Passed away on Friday 28th May at Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro.  Jon aged 43 years of Longrock, Penzance.  Loving partner of Mark, dearly loved son of Chris and brother of Anthony.  He will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends.
